About the Founders
Angela Thomas had her first recruiting experience as a multi-sport athlete, earning a collegiate scholarship for both volleyball and basketball. She has over a decade of coaching experience in both sports, including as part of a nationally ranked high school basketball program.
Coach Thomas raised two student-athletes of her own who navigated the recruiting process with her guidance, receiving full-ride scholarships, maintaining starting positions, and going on to play professionally post graduation. She remains driven by her passion for advocating youth development.
Brittney Thomas is a retired IBCA hall of fame professional basketball player with over fifteen years of playing experience, including as a Division I team captain and professional league MVP. Brittney was mentored and coached under a nationally ranked elite high school program. She brings her professional career of advertising and marketing to share the importance of self-awareness and considering life after sports.
